It was bound to happen, and expect more in the coming days, now that Parallels 4.0 is out, many will be comparing it to VMware Fusion 2 to see which one provides the best experience and performance.TheAppleBlog posts a rundown of the two, in the end giving the upper hand to VMware Fusion 2 for offering better integration with OS X, but also noting that both offer similar performance. In the past I've used both VMware and Parallels and I've always liked that VMware seems to give you the ability to run Windows when you need it, while Parallels seems to want to integrate Windows into OS X and most Mac users seem to prefer the former.
